Dear Sailors,
Just over 3 months to go and fingers remain crossed that the pandemic situation continues to improve.
We now have 42 paid deposits and 4 further pending bookings so spaces are filling quickly. On the strength of the payments we have now reserved a seventh boat. Further boats will only be booked when deposits are paid and subject to them still being available from Vishe Radugi. If you are thinking of joining us, the sooner you pay a deposit the more likely you will get a place!
We have to pay the full costs on the boat bookings early September so the deadline for €100 deposit bookings is 31st August. After that full payment is required, subject to boat availability.
The ASW Race Committee had its first meeting this week, John, Frank, Peter and Christophe. We have a preliminary programme and itinerary in mind but feel free to contact us with suggestions. We will have to comply with any local restrictions on gatherings so it is unlikely we will be able to have large gatherings on boats but the usual start and end dinners are planned.
If you know who you would like to sail and sleep with, send requests to Frank, he is coordinating boat allocation. We hope to fill each boat with six people so with four cabins and a saloon some sharing is inevitable.Follow this link for more information.
