All you need is a week free for sailing with the VISC.
You have seen the programme and you know what this event is all about.
Once again we propose to take the ‘David Bowie’ Bavaria Cruiser 41S fleet from Pirovac on the Croatian coast, supplemented by a few Elan Impression 45.1s

Earlybird Discount bookings are open until 16th June and can now be made with a deposit of €150 to the club account.

We have booked 8 boats initially with an option on more. 14 boats is the maximum if we can get enough skippers.
Final payments are due by 31st August when the entry list will be closed. Once we have all the payments in we can declare the boat assignments.

We are very happy to be organising the VISC annual end of season regatta in Croatia again this year together with Sail Charter International. This “Sailing with Friends” event is the highlight of the VISC sailing calendar and each year brings new and experienced club members together for a week of fun and enjoyment.
Your organisers for this event are John Plumb, Frank Honan, Melanie Smith and Davide Parise.
We are planning on having the usual mix of flotilla cruising and training days this year, allowing time for some relaxing cruising to discover the beautiful islands and bays of the Croatian coast and islands.
Cost:
€630 per paid up member, guest membership for the event available for an extra €10. Earlybird discount to €600 (€610 for guest member) if a deposit of €150 is paid by 16th June. Discount for under 18’s.
Included in the cost:
- Boat (On-board cabin based on 2 sharing)
- Boat deposit insurance
- Transit log and on-board WiFi
- 2 evening dinners (Welcome dinner and Prize-giving dinner)
- 3 nights mooring fees
- Tourist taxes
- Possible contribution to fuel and gennaker hire (to be decided)
Not included in the cost and to be paid directly in Croatia:
- Mooring fees beyond the 3 nights
- Deposit per boat (refundable if boat returned with no damage)
- Gennaker (€300 plus €180 refundable deposit)
- Food and drinks for the boat
- On-board fuel
- Additional skipper liability insurance (optional),
- Travel insurance (recommended) should be arranged prior to travel.
