Membership is open to all staff of the VIC and of other international organisations who hold a VIC grounds pass, retirees, members of missions and embassies and their dependants. Others may join as affiliate members if sponsored by a full or associate member and are accepted by the committee.

Club fees

The annual membership fee for 2024 is €20 (including dependants).

The club offers a €5 discount if the member attends the Annual General Meeting and pays before the end of March.

Be sure to put you name in the “Purpose of Payment” (Verwendungszweck) field if you pay on-line or at the bank (Zahlschein) so that your payment may be associated with your application.

How to join

Complete the membership form (link here), sign the waiver and send it to the Logkeeper along with a receipt for payment of the membership fee.

Disclaimer

Non-members who wish to participate in events open to non-members (i.e. Thursday sailing and Bart’s Bash) must provide the committee with a signed waiver form. Waiver forms are available during the registration at the events.
